**Special Instructions**
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure the session can start on time. Please send me a message when you arrive, and I will open the door for you. For in-home services, this will include a 15-minute setup period, and the session must start and finish at the scheduled times.
**Appointment Cancellation Policy**
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to prevent any charges. If a cancellation happens within 24 hours of the service, the client will be responsible for the full-service fee. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered but must receive prior approval from management. All cancellation requests should be documented in writing to keep accurate records. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
**Time Policy**
Treatment sessions will commence promptly at the scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not receive the full treatment session, as late arrivals can disrupt the day’s schedule. The full-service charge will apply regardless of arrival time.
