**Special Instructions**
We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to guarantee a timely start. Please drop me a message upon your arrival, and I will be there to greet you. For in-home spa parties or chair massage services, there will be a 15-minute setup period, and it’s important that the session begins and concludes as planned. Our location is in the vibrant heart of Old Town Alexandria. Be sure to give yourself ample time to find parking and make your way up to the 3rd floor. Restrooms can be found on the 2nd floor.
**Appointment Cancellation Policy**
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to prevent any charges. If a cancellation happens within 24 hours of the service, the client will be responsible for the full-service fee. Exceptions for emergencies may be considered but must receive prior approval from management. All cancellation requests should be documented in writing to keep accurate records. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
**Time Policy**
Treatment sessions will commence promptly at the scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will not receive the full treatment session, as late arrivals can disrupt the day’s schedule. The full-service charge will apply regardless of arrival time.
